We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not being held accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout.

That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not. You can expect us to take before and after pics (don't be scared) and for us to take measurements regularly.

Let's look at it this way; without accountability and tracking who, or what, knows when you did or did not do your workout. What Is The Fee For This Challenge?
Our fee is 1 payment of $98 and what's great about this challenge is if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you can request a full refund within the first 2 weeks.
Who Is The Challenge For?
Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. We can modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose.
What if I my schedule changes weekly?
We get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of entrepreneurs, and oil & energy execs for example), however, this is an online program delivered straight to your inbox or via our phone app. So your workouts are there and ready when YOU are (and not the other way around).
With that said, if you ever need a "one-on-one" session for personal training, coaching, or progress assessments, our schedule is flexible and available online for you to compare with your own calendar.
Then, when you're ready, you can conveniently book or reschedule appointments right from the same online platform, anytime, and from anywhere in the world (assuming you have internet connection). This way you're never held to a slot that you may not always be able to make.
What is The Nutrition Plan Like?
This plan will teach you how to eat real food. Helping you kick the junk from your trunk, and create easy, delicious and hearty meals you (and the whole family) will enjoy. We lay out exactly how to eat.
What are the classes like?
Would you believe they are NOT classes? Sure, you could workout with friends if you want, but these workouts are geared more toward you personally.
How this works is you will work independently (or with a personal trainer, if you choose to upgrade) BUT you will have YOUR OWN individually designed program; so you're not doing what everyone else is doing. You're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR current ability.
You will still have our virtual presence right there; coaching, spotting potential problems, and guiding you the areas you might need help with, but most of the time you won't need us counting down the number of reps you've performed for example...
Is Your Gym Like Crossfit?
Not exactly... Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then you're going to have better success at a Crossfit box.
We are more of a Private Transformation Center, meaning people set up an appointment and come to us with a specific problem and broader goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be.
And, while our office provides private and small group personal training, our online coaching platform allows you to workout anywhere you want; from your favorite gym or park, to the comfort of your own home.
Crossfit builds you around the workouts; we build the workouts around you.
What if I have another trip or vacation planned?
That's perfectly fine with us! You will NOT lose that time that you are gone, instead we just make it up when you get back.
ALTHOUGH we will send you workouts to do on your own to keep you 'somewhat' in check. ;-)
