I can tell you, I personally earned $50/session when I first started working with clients way back in 1992, and now I charge upwards of $120 per hourly session.

Truth is, it has recently been proven that spending too much time exercising will actually cause weight gain and reduce your fitness! Too much exercise will also weaken your immune system and can lead to a variety of other health issues ranging from depression to various injuries, heart problems and even death!! What Does The Program Cost?
Your fee is 1 payment of $249. However, because I want to give you the best of myself, I've limited enrollment and expect this program to fill up fast.
Who Is The Challenge For?
Any guy at any fitness level can participate in this program. I can modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries or special needs. Some require additional coaching or personal training (yes, these 1-on-1 services cost extra), while others may not.
What If I Have A Rotating Schedule?
I completely understand - life happens - and maybe its more than just your work schedule changing weekly, this is no problem. The program is completely self-paced and that gives you greater flexibility over when and where you decide to train.
What Will Be Required Of Me?
During the first 28-days you are encouraged to workout 3 times a week. The second half of the program tosses in an additional 4th day of metabolic training. You'll also be asked to track your eating and follow your custom nutrition plans.
I Don't Have A Lot Of Weight To Lose, Can I Still Join The Program?
Yes, you absolutely can! You don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in the Muscle-Up Program because its main mission is to inspire you to move toward your very best; regardless of your current physical standing. Self-improvement comes in many forms! Some may have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose while others may just want the extra accountability that a formal program and coaching can provide.
