Maybe you remember how to workout, but things just don't feel the same anymore. Things are tighter, joints creak a bit more, you have a few older injuries and maybe your metabolism is slow.

You COULD just skip it and only YOU would know, but here with me, if you skip a workout and eat too many Oreo's... you can bet your burpee's... I'll know.
Just so you know; I'm a real person, with a family, a mortgage, a busy life with all the stressors that come along with it. And, although my methods are rooted in weight training - this is not a “bro” site.
I don’t teach you ways to cheat the system, beat your chest, or relive your glory days.
What I give you is a real “get the job done platform” for those of us men grown-up enough to realize that, although we may still think and act like young bucks, the guy we see in the mirror says “Damn! What the HELL happened?!?!”
We’ve put our bodies through hell just to focus on getting where we want to be in life (and it shows).
The problem is; the rules have changed. Your body won’t respond or bounce back as quickly as it used to. It’s a side effect of getting older.
And if your body was already in bad shape in your youth, well… jeez, man… you’d better sign up fast! Right?
What I’m really trying to say is this: your body, your health, is no one else’s responsibility but your own.
